Field Marketing Manager
Global embedded technology leader is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to take charge of US demand-generation efforts. You will design and deliver field programs, industry events, content initiatives, and digital campaigns tailored to key technical audiences. - Lead the US field marketing plan, including industry events, webinars, customer programs, and targeted vertical initiatives, with a focus on generating qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and commercial teams to support pre-event outreach, onsite activities, and post-event follow-up that drives pipeline progression.
- Convert customer feedback and market signals into relevant stories and localized content to support product messaging and new feature initiatives.
- Manage coordination of joint marketing efforts with ecosystem partners, including co-marketing campaigns, shared programs, and partner-sponsored activities.
- Tailor global campaigns for the US market, building landing pages, managing nurtures, executing digital promotion, and completing detailed analysis of results.
- Travel required for several industry events and partner-focused activities throughout the year.
Core Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience in a technical, engineering-driven, or software-focused industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with commercial teams to drive measurable outcomes from marketing activities.
- Experience supporting product or feature launches and shaping effective technical marketing content.
- Hands-on proficiency with digital campaign execution, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and make recommendations.
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable owning programs from strategic planning through execution.
