Key Responsibilities
Manage the strategic lifecycle and roadmap for a portfolio of hardware acceleration and advanced RF signal processing technologies.
Translate market shifts and specific client needs into actionable, long-term development plans.
Execute in-depth assessments of the competitive landscape, focusing on industry-standard modular form factors.
Draft high-level business justifications and technical specifications to secure executive buy-in for new engineering projects.
Facilitate the end-to-end launch of new products, ensuring operational readiness from kickoff to delivery.
Act as a primary technical liaison for sales teams, external partners, and key customers during secure project consultations.

Core Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years in the defense electronics sector, specifically involving FPGA, DSP, or RF technologies.
Background in steering technical projects or managing complex product lifecycles.

Experience handling ITAR/export-controlled data and working within regulated defense frameworks.
